After the seminars with Hanshi William H. Duessel on October 10, 2009, John Hughes, Hanshi Duessel and the attending black belts decided to create an official list of IWKA registered black belts. THIS IS OPEN TO ALL CURRENT IWKA BLACK BELTS WHO HAVE CERTIFICATES FROM MASTER SHIMABUKU IN OKINAWA.
